A note for when you are using my client portal
Please disregard any ask for your legal name. I do not need that information.
I have recently learned that the company I use for scheduling appointments is asking for people’s legal name when requesting an appointment. There is no way to change that prompt. I am in the process of switching to another Practice Management System.
In the meantime, please know that you never have to enter your legal name on any form or document for my practice. If you are asked for your legal name while completing forms, feel free to enter your name in any way that feels good for you.
